GETEX has an open door policy to visitors, including competitors. We are proud of what we have and who we are. You are welcome to drop in for a cup of real tea or coffee and a chat any time, although it is probably advisable to call first to check the person you would like to see will be here to talk to you.

We stand for looking after the customer, for a team approach, for being willing to talk to you, for you having access to the top, for listening to you. If at any time you think we are not fulfilling these ideals please let us know. It will be taken seriously.

We regard a comment or a complaint as the person giving us another chance. If there is any little thing that you see as a way we can improve or if there is something you’d like to suggest then we’d much rather hear it from you first up.
